Description
Hello, my name is Aleena. I have over 10 years of classroom teaching experience as well as two years of teaching English as a Second Language online.
I have two young children at home who are learning new things every day. Learning to read is opening up a whole new world for my son and his excitement in our household is contagious. I am so excited to help other young learners grow in their abilities to debate with their peers in a supportive environment. I look forward to watching my students at SOAR KIDZ become confident participants in our classroom as we explore new books together. If I could recommend one book series for students to read it would be Sideways Stories from Wayisde School by Louis Sachar- He is one of my favorite authors.
